Quotes provided via email or WhatsApp are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

3.3 Custom Orders

For custom-sized products, we manufacture based on the dimensions provided by you. It is your responsibility to ensure all measurements are accurate. MBORMC is not responsible for errors resulting from inaccurate measurements provided by you.

4. Orders and Payment

4.1 Orders

When placing an order through the Site or other channels (email, WhatsApp, phone), you agree to provide accurate and complete information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspicion of fraud.

4.2 Payment

Payment is required before production begins. We accept the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (T/T)
• Alibaba Trade Assurance
• Other mutually agreed payment methods

Payment processing fees and currency conversion charges (if applicable) are the responsibility of the buyer.

4.3 Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order; it confirms that we have received your request. Acceptance of your order occurs when we send a formal order acknowledgment or invoice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We offer international shipping to most countries. Shipping methods, costs, and estimated delivery times are provided during the ordering process. For detailed information, please refer to our Shipping Information.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or force majeure events.
• Shipping costs are calculated based on order weight, size, and destination. Quotes are provided before order confirmation.
• Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We provide documentation to assist with customs clearance.

6. Returns and Refunds

We are committed to your satisfaction. Our return policy is as follows:

• Quality Issues: If you receive a product with manufacturing defects or quality issues, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Size Errors (Our Fault): If we manufacture a custom screen that does not match the dimensions you provided, we will remake it or refund you at no additional cost.
• Measurement Errors (Your Fault): If you provide inaccurate dimensions, we will work with you to find a solution. Additional charges may apply for remanufacturing.
• Change of Mind Returns: As custom-made products are manufactured to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns for change of mind.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, and software, is the intellectual property of MBORMC or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not:

• Pandemics, epidemics, and public health emergencies
